“Great Facilities, Poor Guest Experience”

The hotel is truly beautiful, especially in terms of its facilities and overall infrastructure. However, there were several aspects of my stay that were disappointing. The food became repetitive after a few days, and the service from some of the waitstaff was often unfriendly and unwelcoming. The alcoholic beverages included in the package were also not of the best quality. I personally experienced several issues with my room, including a malfunctioning air conditioner, a musty smell, and a shower that leaked water all over the bathroom floor. In addition, there was significant pressure to purchase the Black Membership or the Black wristband. It also seemed that guests without the black wristband received noticeably poorer service. Overall, while the hotel is visually impressive and well-maintained, the quality of service and guest experience did not meet my expectations.

to be honest, I was a bit worried when I saw a relatively low average rating of this hotel and after staying there for a few nights, I don't understand the reasons. the staff was kind and welcoming, the amenities are OK (yes, a bit old-style but still clean). food decent. great deal for the price.

It has a lot to offer. Great location, fantastic beach. Very nice amenities. Two levels of all inclusive so for the basic one not all are accessible but doesn’t change much. Super nice cook Nacho at the breakfast spot and waitress Karina made a difference already at the beginning of a new day. Many locals plenty of tourists from Latin America. Great day parties including pool ones.

Resorts aren't really our thing. We prefer a more bespoke and boutique experience.

The beach was right outside my balcony and beautiful. The breeze is always amazing and if you love iguana's then you’re in the right place to enjoy them. And the Peacocks are all over the place. Getting into town is super easy too and just don’t eat the ice unless you have a strong immune system. I will absolutely be coming back for more time there as I truly enjoyed my first trip to Cancun.
