Friendly, professional and service oriented all around. Great place to stay when waiting for a night or two to travel on. Shops close by to get whatever you may have forgotten at home. Staff excellent.

Deluxe bedroom very well equipped. Luxurious bedding. The home cooked ham on the breakfast buffet was superb (shame the eggs Benedict used more processed ham and not the home cooked ham).

Easy place to stay after a long, late arriving flight. Comfortable stay in a simple room with everything we needed: bed, space, water, toiletries.

The hotel was clean and had good facilities. As we arrived late in the Cancun Airport and had to travel next day to Isla Mujeres, we thought of booking a hotel close to the airport. But as we did some research saw that actually its not possible to walk to the hotel, but gratefully they had free shuttle service. But they expect you to call them after you get your bags and are out of the airport. They did not respond to my messages, even I texted them about our arrival time at the airport, so we had to find a way to call them and it took 30-40 minutes till they came to pick us up.

Absolutely fantastic room—very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed and a spacious, spotless bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion were all included. Perfect for an overnight stay before catching a flight. The free 24-hour airport transfer service is very convenient, with no need to book—just arrive and wait.

It was close to the airport, comfortable bed, clean room, nice staff. We arrived to Cancun late at night and were getting a train from the airport early next morning so made sense to stay somewhere close.

Free airport shuttle service very helpful as we only stayed for an overnight layover. Rooms clean, comfy, nice. Friendly staff helpful at check in and check out. Room service and free breakfast with great waffles and fruit options as well as tea and coffee.
