Good quality for the money.

“Large hotel resort but poor water pressure”

The hotel had great swimming facilities with three pools and being right on the beach was very handy. The breakfast, although very busy, had a great selection.

I loved the room, the facilities, the friendly staff. Eva the room maid, fantastic, Carlos at the breakfast restaurant, so kind and generous, Elena at the adult pool, so amazing. Roberto at the adult pool bar, amazing. Pablo at beach cleanup, what an amazing person. Melissa at activities karaoke, such an amazing and kind warm person. Staff at the sports bar, just great. Giovani at reception, such a nice and accommodating guy. Cosme though had me waiting and coming back and forth for my room, when it was already ready, and then had me waiting like 20 minutes for a map of the property. And kept saying as if I was being annoying and dumb for asking for one, when the concierge came and told him where the printed maps where. So basically he wasted 30 minutes of my stay for a simple printed map of the property, and like an hour coming back and forth for a room that was already ready and that I could access until 4:30 pm when we had arrived to the hotel at noon. And we had told the property we would be arriving early so we could be accommodated as soon as possible. Check in time is 3 pm. I must point out though that I was given a room that matched my request to being near the adult pool and Cosme told me that he could give me another room at 3 pm, not with the closeness to the pool I had requested o e month before when I made the reservation. The thing is it took me like 5 trips to the reception, with the time and energy wasted. They could have. Asusten where they send you a text message as though when your room is ready , instead of having to come forth and go for hours. Also the luggage arrived 2 hours after we were finally given the room , which also lead to a waste of time. Now, my low score to the hotel is not about the rooms, property or food, which is by far, the best all inclusive food I have ever had. It’s just plain perfect. It has to do with this person named Jesus Santiago who works at the emporio vacation club and who approached me offering me to stay longer

Everything was beautiful, the hotel was clean, and there was a good service, the view from the room was amazing better than expected. I love it and definitely we are coming back.

Facilities, beach, bar service, food and restaurants excellent.

Everything was great. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. I’d also like to say a few words about some of the negative reviews I came across while planning my trip: if you really want to, you can always find something to complain about anywhere. Personally, I didn’t find anything like that here.

The room was nice, the windows were not properly maintained and as a result you could not see outside and have a nice view of the ocean. The beach in front of the hotel in nice, there was some seaweed. Breakfast was good with many options to choose.
