Overview
Situated upon a white-sand beach in the heart of Cancun's hotel zone, Dreams Sands Cancun Resort & Spa is also 10 minutes' drive from the city centre. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. From the restaurant staff to the bar team, the service was consistently warm and welcoming, which made a big difference in our overall experience.

“Overall nice stay with few minor bumps”
It has a great location on a pretty beach and is well maintained when it comes to cleaning services - rooms and all areas. Staff are very nice and professional. Any service requests were usually responded to quickly and in a pleasant manner. Tasty food and good choice in the buffet. Evening entertainment was good although very loud - note that this is not a place for someone sensitive to loud music.

Beautiful place with amazing staff and service. Very well done events and quiet room. Quick to fix the one issue that came up. Everything was impeccable. We did feel like the preferred club was worth it, as well. Minibar always restocked and towels changed when requested.

“Mixed experience in a hotel that needs a lot of improvements”
Location: Cancun's beautiful nature and surroundings were, of course, wonderful. Dining: While some food caused issues, I genuinely enjoyed a large portion of the cuisine. The Mexican restaurant stood out as excellent and far superior to the Italian and Japanese options we tried. Exceptional Staff: A special thank you to the few staff members who were outstanding. Noe at the breakfast buffet and Gerardo at the parking/entrance were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. If more colleagues shared their level of service, the overall experience would be significantly better.
