“One of the best apartments we have stayed in”

We liked everything...especially the host Carlos who is a lovely human being, very helpful, recommending restaurants and things to do...the apartment is perfect..everything has been tastefully done to a high standard. Plenty of space.. Bathroom with a good shower, separate bedroom with A/C and a fan. Good black out blinds...the living room has been very well designed with seductive lighting. The kitchen has everything including a new Whirlpool American fridge freezer.. Carlos very kindly left us with plenty of water, coffee, breakfast items and various goodies. The apartment is very well secured with good locks...another lock on the outer exterior door and locked metal gates...I can see why it's got a rating of 10...which is unusual..actually I've never seen it..but it's 10 all day long...well done Carlos you deserve it..ml would recommend this apartment to anyone.. Walmart is a 10 minute walk away, which has everything you need at very cheap prices..we found a Chinese restaurant 10 minutes walk away called Hong Kong which was served really good food...

Our stay at Departamento Céntrico y Moderno en Cancún was absolutely perfect. The apartment is both luxurious and modern, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The location is central, making it easy to get around, yet the apartment itself feels private and relaxing.

“Exceptional, pleasant and comfortable”

The host Carlos is a gem of a person. He was very kind and was ready with all the useful items in the apartment, with additional complementary snacks and drinks. He was willing to answer any question we had at any time. He also gave very nice suggestions on local restaurants, nice beaches and shopping places, etc. Very pleasant and friendly personality. The apartment is in a very central and safe area, with lot of nice restaurants and Walmart (24x7 open) nearby. It is also easy to get to Zona Hotelera and beaches, using the bus R1 and R2, with the stop just few minutes away. The apartment was very bright, clean and very spacious and cozy. It was equipped with everything you may need, including the kitchen and bathroom and lot of towels. It also has a pool. It would have been great if there was a washing machine. It was truly the best apartment we ever stayed anywhere in the world. We would really hope to come back to Cancun once more, and without doubt, would choose this place. Thank you Carlos, for making our stay a memorable one.

The best stay ever. Extremely friendly and helpful host. Amazing guy! Sparkling clean apartment, great location (we travel a lot and it is around 20 mins from ado bus station). Great cafes around and a big Walmart. Very comfy bed and soft sheets. Spacious rooms. Great kitchen. Netflix access. We even received some welcome snacks which was such a nice gesture from the host.

Better then a 5-star hotel. Carlos has stocked the apartment with everything you can possibly think of, kitchenware, fridge, bathroom amenities you name it. Carlos was extremely helpful and came twice to rescue me when I locked myself out in the backyard by mistake. Carlos provided all the information I needed including sights to see during my stay. Definitely recommended for digital nomads and couples.

Great value for a hotel-like property in the heart of Cancun. This was our first time in Cancun with my wife and I am glad we avoided the Hotel Zone while opting to stay the entire week in Carlos' place. He thoughtfully had everything ready for us, the place was so gorgeous & clean, and we were so central - a walking distance away to many local mercados, Oxxo stores and Parque De Las Palapas. We did not even need to use a rental car and got by with using public transportation or bus pickups to go to other touristy locations like the eco-parks and etc! Such a great place - and Carlos hospitality is bar none.

Honestly the best available accommodation in Cancun: - very modern apartment, a lot of space, spacious kitchen - good quality bed and mattress - good bathroom amenities - some food (for basic breakfast, sweets, fruits) and water provided - there is a swimming pool outside - very good location, near by the main square, 10mins drive to Zona Hotelar, 2mins to Walmart - Carlos is a very friendly and approachable person, always happy to help and to gave very good sightseeing tips
