“AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.”

One bathroom has both the shower & tap not working, meaning we have to share en suite bathrooms. The other two showers also run very poorly. The kitchen sink doesn't work, so we have to wash up in someone's en suite bathroom sink. There was no bedding for the pull out bed until day 3. On top of this, there were no tea towels, no washing up liquid, no kettle, and no salt/pepper/oil. All of which should be basic amenities. The water dispenser doesn't work in the fridge. One of the bedroom doors was broken. The balcony door doesn't lock. We complained about this to our local Operations manager Armando Rodriguez who did nothing to resolve any of these issues and STILL has not given me the 3 night refund we agreed on almost 2 months ago! He is so slow at replying and when he does he just stalls and gives excuses with clearly no intention of sending the refund promised. The latest excuse was the financial team have emailed me (they 100% haven't) to say they will have to send the cheque in the post and will take 6-8 weeks!! P.s the traffic back from the main strip can mean it take over a hour to get back to the hotel between 4-7pm so the location is very bad if you want to head to the beaches or anything of interest in Cancun really.

Beautiful property in a safe and secure part of town. Excellent location with a shopping mall just a few yards away with plenty of good restaurant and food options. Great if you’re travelling as a family!

“Fantastic apartment near the Cancun Marina”

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Rooms furnished with style and quality furniture, very great bathrooms and great views from windows and balcony. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and even pans were good. House is very well secured and it takes a bit of time to ger your bracelets that allow you to move freely in and out of the property. Staff were very friendly and although we had reserved only 1 parking slot in the basement, they were able to organize us one more parking space. There is a big shopping centre accross the road with many very nice restaurants and bars. Zona hotelera and good beaches are around 10 minute drive away - you can easily drive or take local bus or Uber.
