“Just a brief stopover”

We appreciated the hotel's complimentary airport pick-up service, which made our arrival seamless and a welcome touch. Additionally, a small supermarket (or corner shop) is conveniently located in close proximity allowing guests to easily purchase essentials, such as something to eat and water.

We booked using booking.com. When we arrived the room prices were different. Two doubles were not the same price and one was more expensive than the king. He couldn’t explain why. Price negotiated to $124 each room and given receipt for that but credit card charged over $170 for each room. If you want shuttle they say book 24 hr in advance but when we came in May 10:30 pm it had only been 10 hrs since booking room. No direction how to get shuttle from airport and taxi was negotiated down to 1100p to hotel and only 17p back. Not good intro to Mexico.

“Value for money for short-term stay”

Convenient for us arriving at night before driving south the next day. Very comfortable beds, clean room, good breakfast included. Value for money, nothing fancy but we didn’t need that for 12 hours.

The room was comfortable and spacious, nice and clean bathroom.

Great location.

The morning shuttle bus, which we had booked, did not run to the airport but we were not informed until we asked when it did not turn up. This despite us waiting in front of the receptionist.

The receptionist wasn't very professional and seemed bored. The room key didn't work, and every time I needed to access my room, I was contrain to ask the recepcionist to open my room with the master key of the hotel. No hot water in the bathroom. I don't recommend this hotel, although it is for a short stay to take the plane the day after. Go away !!

Not much

“Would not stay here again.”

There were mushrooms growing out of the ceiling in the bathroom. There was no actual glass in the peek hole in the doors, just an open hole. Very noisy on our floor and bright streets lights outside, blinds did not fully block out the light. Disappointing that the airport bus shuttle service was limited to starting at 7 am when we needed a ride at 5 am. Plus when booking online the rate given was not what she charged me.

My only two issues were. I do understand that there are check in polices. And that check in was at 3pm. Yet I arrived at 12.30pm and was told that if I wanted to check in now i had to pay $500 pesos. Which to me shows that rooms WERE AVAILABLE now. Second. Early coffee at least. For 6am would be a bonus. It's fine that breakfast is at whatever time but early coffee would be nice. Thank You.
