“Perfect location for the airport.”
Perfect location. Very comfortable room with all we needed. Pick up service a great advantage. ( I had asked for instructions on how to book the airport transfer which made it easy. ) loved the pool. All in all a great stay.

Good location, with mall right at the front of the suites. Rooms were large and spacious with good storage. Pool in the suites was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was good.

Room had moist air from the air con, windows didn’t open. Breakfast had limited options. No cups available for the juice, no forks available- had to ask the front desk for both. No coffee or tea available- you need to buy from the Starbucks on site (paying prices more expensive than London). Downstairs toilets in lobby had no toilet paper in either cubicle- a kitchen towel was left in one cubicle to use instead. This site is not worthy of the Marriott branding- management should be ashamed.

“WORST EXPERIENCE.”
we arrive at 11:00 pm and try to find city suites van but no one was there. Then i start calling hotel number i tried 8 times but no response. at 12:20 am i trap by taxi drivers/agents they send me to hotel 6km with in 8 minute journey time. it cost after hard negotiation US$40/- more than $6/- per kilometre. After arrival at hotel there was name mention CITY EXPRESS SUITE. bit confusing no name of city suites. I talk to reception staff about pick up he said driver leave for airport you make hurry. Think twice before booking.

“It was a great stay, even although the weather was very bad (Beryl) the staff was nice and helpful.”

Well located, with underground parking, well equipped, comfortable and clean room. Delicious breakfast. Good facilities on site - overall good and comfortable stay. Highly recommend.
