“Great value in Cancun”
Sandra was super hospitable and I truly appreciate that she prepared a to go breakfast for us leaving early on the Teen Maya. I sometimes need an affordable option for passing through Cancun and this one was excellent. Amazing value. I will recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It's nice and clean. The location is also a plus. Close to shops and restaurants. Convenient check-in, good communication with the owner, and delicious breakfasts.

“Clean easy stay”
I like how safe it felt and how pretty the court yard was. I really liked all the info and suggestions that the host sent over before I checked it. It was nice to have a breakfast included. I loved the garden with the pool. I thought the property was clean throughout. I very much enjoyed having hot water for a shower.

“Perfecto Pecari”
A spacious, clean room with en suite bathroom and A/C. Friendly English-speaking staff, central location, and a simple breakfast in the pool courtyard. All for £50 a night.

“Pleasant and well-located place in Cancún.”
Well located, a little away from the center but in a quiet area with easy parking. Very clear directions for access and check-in via WhatsApp, and Sandra is always available for any help needed. Good breakfast.
