“Comfortable Family Stay in Cancun”
Quiet location with a beautiful beach and spacious villas. The kitchenette was well equipped with utensils, and there is a supermarket nearby for daily essentials. The bus stop right outside the hotel makes it easy and affordable to visit La Isla Shopping Village, Cancun Downtown, Coco Bongo, and other attractions. The pool and gym were good, and breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

I only stayed one night, so I didn't need an all-inclusive or a huge hotel. The property has a big area, with 5 blocks and only 4-story buildings, which made it feel comfortable and not too crowded. There was just one pool, and it was warm and open until 10 pm, which was great. All the staff were super nice and hospitable. Rooms are really big and nice.

We liked the location near the beach which was without waves and sargassum as the hotel at the other location had…we did not like the room since it was near the street and there was an unpleasant smell around the rooms in this department…but you can get the room near the sea and it is beautiful…the breakfast was delicious and we like the restaurant on the beach…everything was clean

“Value-price with direct access to gorgeous beach”
Beachscape Kin Ha is perfectly located near Playa Delfines, one of the most beautiful beaches in Cancun, right by the Nichupté Lagoon. The setting is truly stunning, with white sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise water, very little sargassum, and a peaceful atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, while still offering plenty of bars and restaurants serving excellent food nearby. The hotel itself has a charming village-style concept and offers very good value for money in such a prime location. However, the rooms are somewhat outdated and could definitely benefit from renovation. The bathrooms are also quite small, and the pool area is rather simple compared to other resorts in Cancun. That being said, if you are looking for an affordable stay with direct access to a gorgeous beach, in a relaxed and well-located environment, Beachscape Kin Ha is a great choice.

“The Kinha Suites was a great place to enjoy a few days relaxing at the start of a busy trip.”
Beach was perfect. Room was basic but clean and with very comfortable beds and pillows. Pool area very nice. Breakfast had a very good selection of dishes.

“99% Great”
All was excellent except the first receptionist and last receptionist!! On check in and check out. These 2 had very little ( very little English and very in accomodating ) All other staff super amazing.

“Nice hotel”
Staff was very kind. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty. The beach is fantastic. Hotel is Away from the noise of nightclubs. Rooms are comfortable and so are the beds.. Close to restaurants. Would come back for sure
