“Great stay : beautiful property : close to airport”

Beautiful property . Loved the pool and the cenote !!! Had a really nice communal kitchen to use and each room had their own mini refrigerator in a communal area. Free parking and the owner was very kind and readily available . We needed a short place close to the airport for one night and this place delivered !

“Relaxing Spa Retreat”

We loved the tranquility, attention to detail, maintenance and care, comfort and safety the hotel and grounds offered us - cenote, pool, lounge and spa. Heavenly! It is a wonderfully relaxing spa space and boutique hotel to either stay or even spend a few layover hours. Conveniently close to the airport by taxi, though the roads are not in the best condition it was well worth the effort to get there. Juan is a great host. The underdeveloped feel of the roads may worry some but the area is mostly large (wealthy) haciendas .... not shantytown so no worries if you're driving or taxiing. Be forewarned some taxis have a commission to "lure" you to other spots and may try to scare you into staying elsewhere .... just ignore them and persevere!

“Excellent customer service from owner and beautiful hotel setting!”

- The main advantage of staying here was the customer service from the owner. He kindly let us store one bag at the hotel for one week, whilst we flew to Mexico City and back, saving us flight money. He also helped us order taxis and showed us the secret cenote in the back. We really appreciate the kindness he offered. -The hotel grounds are beautiful -Not too far from the airport - Very quiet at night, great night sleep

Juan Carlos welcomed us very warmly and went the second mile to make us comfortable. He very patiently helped us order dinner to be delivered. He showed us the property and its amenities, making us feel right at home. He has done a great job in developing the property and giving it a sense of serenity. We wish Juan Carlos all the best!

We could easily leave the hotel very early well before working hours to catch our flight.

We liked the complete layout, the hotel installations are super clean and well organized. This is an excellent place to relax on your way back home. The Owner is 100% focused to customer satisfaction. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoy the spa services. For sure we will stay longer next time.

Very welcoming host, felt like l was staying in a resort! Great water pressure, comfortable bed, access to fridge & coffee all the time. Private Cenote on the grounds, paid access to spa retreat with flotation tanks and fish cleaning (meant to be relaxing!) Pool was great and outdoor area, could have stayed longer!
