“Poor”
Ruined by having a big 'IT' conference there, it was like being at work. second day I got diarerar and sickness left a whole 24 days early, the Hotel refused to give us any money back.

“A great all inclusive experience”
The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. The scent across the hotel is such and understated thing. Hospitality for people with late flights was a life saver! The bars. The decor overall was great!

“Great all-inclusive option in Cancun”
Amazing staff, caring and accommodating. Fellow patrons were all friendly creating an inviting atmosphere. The quality of food and beverages available are first-class. We really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel and the room was comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The activities available were also fun, we enjoyed the Latin dance class and the bike ride.

My stay truly exceeded my expectations. The decor is stunning—modern yet warm, with a perfect blend of style and comfort. Every detail, from the sleek furniture to the thoughtfully designed lighting, adds to the overall ambiance. There’s a real wow factor when you first walk in The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was seamless. Whether it was offering local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, their customer service was top-notch. The pool area was another highlight. It’s spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax after a busy day. The loungers are comfortable, just make sure you grab an early breakfast as they get claimed quickly Speaking of relaxation, the cocktails at the hotel bar were absolutely delightful. Expertly crafted and refreshing, they provided the perfect way to enjoy an evening by the pool or indoors. You can order anything you can imagine and they hit the mark every time There’s a premium “Inspira” add on you can purchase but it didn’t seem worth it. You get spirits in your room minibar,exclusive use of the small rooftop pool and a section of the ground floor pool but stick with the standard all-inclusive. You won’t be disappointed I’ll definitely be returning!
