Take care because the cleaning ladies are stealing. I left a gold bracelet in my room, in a bag, they steal it with a silk scarf that was also in that bag. The staff did nothing, the manager said sorry and that was all

“A truly pleasant stay-comfortable, peaceful, and very welcoming.”
We liked the beautiful see view, spacious rooms (suite), well equipped gym, Hamam, massage, cleanness, delicious and varied breakfast. The bar was good. We really enjoyed the promenade along the shore and the unforgettable sunset. Separately we’d like to mark flawless service, very friendly reception staff, excellent English. I had a wonderful stay at Kolin Hotel! Everything was perfect — the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was kind and helpful, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the location was great for exploring Çanakkale. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It truly deserves 5 stars!
