“Nice, Central location.”
The size of the room. Comfy beds. Fluffy towels. Service staff were very friendly. Hot breakfast on weekday. The location was great for getting to where I needed to go. There was a grocery store across the street, McDonalds, movie theatre, Canadian Tire, Bulk Barn, Firehouse Subs nearby.

Check-in was supposed to be at 4. We were attending a wedding there that started at 5. Tried to check in just after 4 to get ready. Rooms were not ready for many of the wedding guests. Didn't get our room till closer to 6pm!! Front staff was not apologetic at all. Very poor service considering the wedding reception was booked at their hotel.

Front desk staff was friendly , room clean and the bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast was delicious and a pleasant surprise.
