- the code key provides easy access, and less friction regarding check-in; - the building has great facilities, parking, pool, gym, all with easy access; - the owner provides good items that others flats don't, like towels, soap, blanket; - the location is perfect to go anywhere in the city, with bars, restaurants and bakery near by.
