Grand Palladium is hands down the best resort we have ever stayed at, and the staff are extraordinarily attentive. As a Coeliac, the gluten-free experience was amazing because the chefs literally made me custom food and would wait to meet me in the dining hall just to make sure I was looked after. Between the incredible pools, the great beach access, outer worldly sunsets, and fantastic dinner options every night, we felt completely spoiled.

Everything was excellent — there is absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the hotel. The rooms, food, and every aspect of the service were 10 out of 10. I would especially like to highlight the management and the staff. It was clear that every employee was highly dedicated, professional, and genuinely committed to providing the best possible service. In some cases, the level of assistance even exceeded our expectations. I would like to express my special gratitude to Florent at the reception desk. His professionalism, competence, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. I would also like to mention Veronika at the bar. Her friendliness and the excellent morning coffee she prepared helped create a wonderful mood at the start of each day.

Beautifully maintained pools. The kiddies pool and playground were a big win. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Loved daily lunches at Portofino and we had a great meal at Chang Thai.

The food and personnel were amazing

I'm returning there for fourth time, and it was great as always. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Especially loved the experience of the last night in the restaurant Portofino. Roberto Sarlo was very helpful, and my compliments to the chef Claudio Provenza. I enjoyed the pool a lot, the vibe here is always relaxed, perfect place to have some rest.

The food was well above of a beach resort that we chose randomly. Staff was welcoming, friendly and very professional. The family bungalow in the last line, looking at the tennis courts and sea gave us and our 3 year old the possibility to enjoy the big grass area. Beach is nice, looking at sunset. Pools are entertaining and perfect for kids. Overall the premises are just great in terms of space, beach, green and nature. It is a great resort, easily accessible from Palermo, with possibilities to explore nearby towns, including Cefalu.

This is a very good hotel with quite high value for money. The choice and quality of food and drinks are quite vide and of good quality. My wife is on gluten-free diet, but there were plenty of options available for her which made us very happy. Good quality Lavazza coffee is available in the bar (part of all inclusive package) so you can enjoy a good espresso/cappuccino every day. The garden is nice and tidy. The beach seems to be work in progress and it is more stony, so be prepared with aqua shoes. The staff is working hard and they are very very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived late in the evening on our first day around 10 p.m. and the main restaturant was already closed, but we had the chance to eat dinner in the pub which was a great addition. It is open until midnight. I would like to say thank you for the top level service in the all inclusive restaurant. Thank you Daniela, Nino, Angelo and Elena. Special thanks to Chef Dario Diangelo and Chef Antonio Carollo for the gluten-free pizza made by choice. Thanks for the kindness of the guys and girls in loby bar. We both had such a wonderful time. Very accessible for my wheelchair and room was perfect for our extra curricular activities lol. We both had an incredible massage which they make a great effort to make it accessible for ourselves. Thank you Khalil for making our week so special.
