“The perfect place to be in nature”

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. What really stood out to me was the eco-friendly concept — it’s not just a marketing point here, it’s something you can feel in every detail. The design is beautifully thought out, blending modern comfort with a deep love and respect for nature. Everything was spotless, and I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and sustainability throughout the property. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, like a little oasis. The food was another highlight … fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care.

“Perfect hotel”

I don’t understand why is this not a 5 star hotel, since it’s amazing. The design is absolutely gorgeous, the staff is very polite, the food (breakfast and dinner) are delicious. The rooms are enormous with bath tub, shower, sauna, music station, kitchenette and amazing outdoor views and the heated outdoor pool is the best thing about the hotel. We only stayed for 2 days, but we would have loved to stay for 2 weeks!

The hotel is architecturally stunning. The pool, sauna etc are fantastic and there is plenty of relaxing space. The interior and exterior of the property cannot be faulted. The staff were also pleasant.

This was our favorite hotel concept. All the most modern technologies of construction, finishing and operation. The building is completely energy independent and super environmentally friendly. Beautiful landscape and care for nature. Free parking with electric charging. Excellent places for walking and running/cycling. The best equipped rooms inside, a kitchen and even have their own SAUNA!!! Everything is new and without defects! Smiling and friendly staff with a few exceptions...

Not enough words to tell how great the property is - the design, the layout of the entire hotel including the rooms, the facilities inside the room, are all a class above as they are dedicated to an understated sophistication and comfort. Practical aspects such as the use of bluetooth speakers in the ceiling of the room, to the heating and wifi are both practical and effective. The choice of lighting in the entire room (including the washing area) contribute to a cosy feeling without sacrificing on lighting brightness. We were never cold in the room despite the huge glass frontage window, nor in the pool (inside and outside - indeed it was a pleasure to be able to swim outdoors whilst it snowed). We did not dare venture deeper into the natural bathing pool though. The Spa is an oasis of quiet and peace. It makes it hard to choose between staying in at the hotel to enjoy the spa or to go outside to explore, no matter how many days we stay there! The restaurant and menus were outstanding, the chefs using the freshest of ingredients and offering a veritable smorgasbord of modern South Tyrolean cuisine. There is something for everyone. And for very good value too! We are not dedicated wine connoisseurs but we were able to work through more than a few drinks and find them to be quite acceptable. The personnel were also exemplary: from our communication before arrival to during our entire stay, they were friendly, informative and helpful. We felt like valued guests - all interactions were small conversations, not a cut-and-dry communication of information/needs. Our requests for additional furniture and other extras were met with warm understanding and their help with bookings were indispensable. So a big thank you to Dagi, Laura, Ena, Astrid, Mauritz, Laura and Svetlana and chefs Berni and Theodore. We travelled with our dog, who absolutely loved it there. He had ample space in the room to not feel boxed in, and when out of the room, he wandered happily.
