“Do not book this one.”
Very outdated hotel. In no way does it match the photos. Do not book! At best it would be 2 stars. 4 stars is ridiculous. Check in took 1,5 hours (at midnight with tired kids). We were given a room that was occupied and woke up another guest while we entered! Unbelievable! Shower not working well. Airconditioning loud. Old beds. Not worth the fee charged at all. @booking.com: you cannot keep these photos online! These are old pictures from the 70ties. Hotel nowadays is like Hotel California. Dark and outdated place. Thank god we were just here for one night travelling to the Pantanal.

“doesnt seem a 4* hotel”
the sauna is not working, the main entrance is not working ( we had to enter through the garage), in the room we find lots of HAIRs everywhere, most in the bathroom and bed! Disgusting! the BUFFET is not any similar to the photos, is so poor!
