Gigi from the kitchen staff was extremely lovely and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was great too. Breakfast was pretty good!

“Stay away”
The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, not even many pillows solved the problem. You have to pay to have any visitors come up to your room, such as pizza delivery person or friends helping bring your luggage up to your room. They also do not offer Bell or baggage services just a few feet outside the hotel door. There was a male front desk attendant that was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I will never stay in this place again! For those of you looking for a hotel in Campinas downtown, shop further as there are plenty of other hotels around. Stay Away from this place!

“Excellent value.”
I thought the hotel was excellent value for money, we booked two rooms and both were clean and well equipped. The hotel is well located for the centre of the city and better located than many of the large chain hotels, it's also within walking distance of Parque Bosque dos Jequitibá, a fact that the hotel surprisingly don't advertise. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the breakfast was good and plentiful, being constantly replenished throughout, the lady in charge of the dinning room was efficient and extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good budget hotel.
