Great location. The rooftop restaurant is excellent and serves breakfast with a beautiful view. A perfect place to start the day while enjoying the city view.

It was in a good location and the staff were very nice and accommodating when we asked for a later check out. The upstairs bit is cool with the pool and billiard.

Located in downtown Campinas, just next to an avenue (Aquidabã or Via Expressa Waldemar Paschoal) that gives access to regional roads. Nice view to the "Pará Square" ("Largo do Pará"). My room included the sleeping room, a living room, a kitchen (not used) and a balcony. So, quite spacious. The hotel includes a swimming pool (not used).

“Passable room, bad service in general”

We had a bad experience in this hotel this time. Upon arrival, we were the next to be checked in. But the receptionist started to do something else, meanwhile we were there. At the same time, she answered to the requests of 2 guests that asked for an item. After check-in, when we were entering the elevator, she screamed my name, and told me by distance that she forgot to charge for the room. It was weird and uncomfortable to be almost yelled at when I thought that I had everything fixed. The hotel room was not the same as I booked and the shower didn’t work during the night. So, I had to take a shower in almost cold water. Small bad and lack of covers were also noted. In the morning, another disappointment with the breakfast : frozen pão de queijo, no cold milk and few options. The employees also complained about things when they worked. Another receptionist treated us very well in the morning the other day, so that was nice.

“Good value for money, good location and friendly staff”

The breakfast is good and the staff is super friendly. I needed hot water a couple of times to drink my tea during the day, and they always helped me providing hot water on my thermal bottle. The location is also excellent, where you will be close to the city centre, but also very close to a small park where you can see some little monkeys some times.

Staff were friendly. The bathroom in my room was new and had a good shower.

The apartment is spacious and clean and has all the services and a terrace, which is a nice thing. There is also a bidet in the bathroom, which is the most important thing regarding cleanliness.
