The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing maps and indications. Good location if you want to visit Florence. Free car park and the bus stop across the road. Good restaurants nearby. Big clean room with a huge bed.

“Nice hotel with very nice staff in the outskirts of Florence”
Very nice hotel in a quiet, non-touristic neighbourhood. The staff are very friendly. There is a nice restaurant next to the building and a tabaccheria where you can buy your bus tickets. Burger King also exists if you don't want to enjoy Italian cuisine on your trip to Italy. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very warm. We couldn't find the AC remote controller though, but we didn't ask either so (shrugs shoulders). Overall a very nice stay!
