What a lovely stay! After being in hotels, it was so nice to have more space to move around in and an extra bathroom. It's in a great location close to the main sites of Campeche (with Calle 59 right around the corner - and all the restaurants). Sebastien was an amazing host - he was so helpful with questions we had about our visit. We were provided with eggs, milk, juice and a delicious granola, which meant our breakfast was covered each day (and Sebastien even asked if we needed more later on). Beds were super comfy. There was some noise from the nearby bar (as others have said in comments) but it didn't bother us at all - we just put on some white noise and were straight to sleep! (We were there on a weekend, too.)

We were so impressed with the Narrativ Lofts. They were so beautifully designed and worked really well for us as a family. The attention to detail was fantastic both on the property and the care taken to make sure our stay was amazing. Huge thank you to Sebastien and his team for looking after us so well. It was 5* service all the way!!! The self service breakfast was great too. Especially the delicious homemade muesli. We were also given awesome recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which made such a difference and really helped us get the most out of our stay in stunning Campeche. This is a must see city!! We loved every minute!!

“A beautiful residence, centrally located right near the centre plus a super host!”

Our host, Sebastien, went above and beyond to meet our needs. He greeted us when we arrived, helping us to find free parking nearby. He responded to requests immediately. He provided breakfast every day, even providing a vegan alternative to milk for one of us. He also shared information on good local restaurants and things to do. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped and the kitchen had good quality appliances. The location of the flat was right in the heart of Campeche.

“Best Hotel in Yucatan!”

We have stayed 3 nights and we loved absolutely everything! The apartment is beautifully decorated and you can see, that the owners like interior design a lot. The location is just perfect, in the middle of the city center, can't be any better. Parking lots are available. The apartment is not only very lovely decorated and designed, it also has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and even two bathrooms are available. The beds were the most comfortable ones. What made our stay absolutely perfect and even convinced us to stay an additional night was the owner Sebastien. He is the best owner we have ever met. He was so friendly and gave us right in the beginning a tour through his other apartments, which were all lovely. He was available within seconds via WhatsApp and also took care of our needs at any time. We felt like home. Overall, we can highly recommend this place.

We felt very welcome by our host Sebastien. I normally don't write reviews, but want to thank our host by giving us a great experience. He was always reachable and checked on us regularly if everything was ok. He gave us many recommendations on where we could go and we felt really at ease. Also, this is the first stay where there was music in the room. Loved it! Best experience so far in Mexico!

“Wonderful stay at Casa Serena”

We absolutely loved Casa Serena. We even asked to stay an extra night. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. It was spacious and relaxing and we could have stayed for weeks! Sebastian was also super helpful with recommendations and left out loads of healthy fruit and breakfast for us. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
