The photos make this apartment appear too good to be true, but in fact, it's exactly as advertised. This was a spacious studio with a small, but relatively well equipped kitchen, and a lovely little patio - ideal for long weekend where you want the opportunity to cook for yourself. The speaker system is also a very nice touch! The staff were incredibly helpful both before and throughout our stay. They checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed. They supply a selection of ingredients (bread, eggs, fruit, granola) for you to cook your own breakfast so you can plan your day on your own terms.

It immediately made me feel at home. ​Beautiful Apartment: The apartment itself is lovely and decorated with so many thoughtful, charming details that create a cozy atmosphere. ​Perfect Breakfast: I especially loved the breakfast concept. Everything was perfectly prepared for me to enjoy a self-made breakfast at my own pace—very convenient and high quality! ​Ideal Location: The location is wonderful, situated directly at the pedestrian zone. It’s peaceful yet perfectly central for exploring the surroundings. ​Final Verdict: If you are looking for a place with heart and soul, this is it. I would definitely stay here again!

We really liked the place, how Sebastian was responsive and provided perfect recommendations. One food place was so good we went 3 times in 1,5 days. Breakfast was incredible with fresh fruits, homemade muesli, yoghurt and milk and in addition we could have had eggs. Sebastian has set up the place with a great sense for design. I don’t know where to start. All in all we would highly recommend this place in the middle of the tasteful old city center, with Sebastian’s immediate and super helpful responses. Once we come back to Campeche we will definitely want to stay again.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is well located, calm, clean and breakfast to go was also very nice. Sebastien has shared some very good recommendations for lunch and dinner too.

Location was excellent right in the centre of the old town. Sébastien was excellent making recommendations of places to see and eat. The apartment was spacious well equipped and quiet…..just right for a city stay.

Sébastien and his team were incredibly helpful, withe everything from finding the lofts, to check in and recommendations for the city. The place itself was stylish, super comfortable and had lots of facilities (kitchen etc) as well as a nice little terrace. They left breakfast items and fruit, which was a lovely touch and the shower products were made with local organic honey and smelled amazing. It was located right in the centre of town, easy walking distance to all of the bars, restaurants, museums and the sea front.

Everything is super cool here. It’s located in the Main Street of the central area. The family is very nice. From before check-in to the moment of check-in, they always reply to our messages and inform us about the check-in and the recommended food, drink and entertainment in Campeche. The refrigerator is also prepared with water and drinks, fruits, bread, coffee, etc. The room is very clean and the decoration style is very beautiful. It is super recommended

A beautiful well thought flat, which boasts subtle style and has everything you need to ensure a cosy and comfortable stay. We were impressed with the little things also, the fruit, eggs, milk, bread and other things for breakfast which are first class. You immediately feel at home away from home and Sebastien and Irma are amazing hosts. They really care about guests having a unique experience and were very responsive and gave great suggestions on what to visit in Campeche as well as restaurants. The experience though short will leave us thinking when can we come back?
