We asked for a handicap room and then asked for pet friendly. The 2nd request deleted the handicap request, so it was a bit difficult for my husband to shower and the room was at the far end of the hallway.

The front desk manager, Andriy (Andrew), was very professional and welcoming. He promptly provided slippers and bathrobes upon our request, gave us a quick tour, and was happy to assist with anything we needed.
