Overview
This traditional, historic hotel lies in the north of beautiful Majorca, between the Tramuntana mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Guests have free access to the spa. Originally dating from the 13th century, when the Moors ruled Majorca, the Monnàber Nou boasts an impressive history. A stately home since the 16th century, the building has been carefully preserved over the years, maintaining much of the original stonework. The grounds even include a well, olive press and windmill dating from 1680. This history, when coupled with its privileged location in the Majorcan countryside, make this ideal for your peaceful Balearic getaway. Monnaber Nou Finca Hotel & Spa offers bike storage, access to bike tools, and free bike tours. The beaches of Pollença and Alcúdia are only 15 minutes away by car. You will also find an outdoor swimming pool where you can enjoy a dip onsite.

Very beautiful location and hotel! It is very peaceful here and all the staff very attentive and friendly. They are also very dog friendly which is nice too.

“A clean, quiet, convenient and good value night's stay between Palma and Pollenca.”
We paid for a double room with balcony and were located down in the old stable block about 5 minutes walk from the main building. There was an excellent rectangular swimming pool at the stable block which, although unheated, was warm enough for a decent swim in early May. There were lovely views of the countryside from our first floor balcony. Our room was spacious, with a seating area, and very clean. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was served at the stable block with a reasonable choice, including scrambled eggs and bacon, from the buffet. The property was peaceful, but well located only a few minutes off the main Palma road. The overnight stay was good value.

The spa had a lot of the utilities closed. The jacuzzi worked as well as the pool but the sauna wasn't on and the shower/jets were also off. The gym facility was also closed

“A cozy rural hotel in the countryside of Mallorca.”
The location is beautiful, the buildings respect the classical local style, the rooms where large, and the food was very good. They make their own products, the farm animals where free to roam around the large property, and the breakfast was good it included mostly localy produced ingridients.

“A hidden gem”
The hotel is tucked away in the hills and quite remote so probably best to eat on sight. The views are stunning and the 17th century finca itself is charming with beautiful decor, roaring fires and welcoming staff. There are lots of amenities for families like cycling,tennis and swimming. Highly recommended
