“Comfortable stay but improvement is very needed!”

The location, architecture, room size, bed, weather, breakfast and scenery was good, can consider a comfort stay with a good sleep and break. The pastry was good, dinner was nice.

An excellent building at a good location. Staffs are friendly and helpful . Mr Kirtan at the restaurant is an excellent waiter at the breakfast table.

Hotel is really nice in all manners you would expect from such a hotel (rooms, staff, facilities, good restaurant, etc.) - no reason to complain about hotel itself.

They tried to make it feel good class, but the sound of traffic from the main road totally spoilt the entire experience. The whole idea of coming from KL to Cameron Highlands is to go somewhere quiet, close to nature, with long walks but no, it felt like we were still in a large city.

Lovely colonial style property in Cameron Highlands. The staff were very kind, especially in the restaurant where breakfast is served. I also tried the spa and that was great and they helped organise a tour of the Cameron highlands tea plantation etc.

All the staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring we are comfortable at all times. Specially Dining Hall Hridoy who really took care of us to ensure we enjoyed a wonderful dining experience - dinner and breakfast.

“Too noisy for "luxury" hotel”

The hotel has a pleasant exterior and interior design. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a bed that ensured good rest. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the EV charger in the car park was a great convenience. The à la carte dinner was also very good.

We had an incredible time! The staff were so kind and helpful, in particular Myint and Hridos. They were so welcoming and made a particular effort with my gluten free allergy (coeliac disease). They made freshly baked scones for afternoon tea with freshly baked bread for sandwiches (and I had gf bread every breakfast and dinner). They were so kind to us, the hotel itself is beautiful - we played billiards at the bar, had delicious cocktails made by very kind members of staff and were very well located for golf etc! The food was reasonably priced for the quality and we had a fab time!
