Breakfast and location were two significant points of this hotel. We could park our rental car on-site, which was very convenient.

Very helpful staff and a large, comfortable hotel room equipped with a basic kitchenette. It was also great that excellent coffee and other hot drinks were available in the lobby throughout the day. The noise from the nearby street was not audible in the room.

Aministration personel is incompetent. I had 400 USD taken from my bank account and once asked at administration about it twice, it was not even checked but said it was not hotels fault. Only after asking for a third time during checkout money was returned and apologized as it was hotels fault. Additionally we needed to pay 50 USD at check-in that was not returned yet. With all this additional stress we could not relax the whole stay. Would never recommend to book this hotel and specially not thourgh booking.com - as apprantly they do not communicate with this facility normally.

“enjoyable stay, near subway station, great hotel for longer stay”

It was our first time to visit Boston so we expect a lot from this hotel. The room is spacious and as expected from the shown images. I stayed for 6 nights and it was a joyful experience for me and my colleagues. The bed is super comfy, the room amenities are adequate (microwave, coffee maker, and the one that I needed the most...the iron), while the breakfast tasted great and very sufficient,, The location itself was very near with subway station (Lechmere station, green line) with only around 5 minutes walking distance. From the hotel, we also can reach Kendall Square and MIT by walking which is super convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone (business trip or holiday).
