“Did not like it.”
They did not even vacuum our room at all. They give you credit of $25 per day and charge you for it whether you use it or not. We had unopened groceries in our room which they threw away without our permission. No refill of shower soap or hand wash.

“Excellent! I'd not hesitate to recommend the Freepoint hotel to others , or to call back again.”
The courtesy by the front office staff was excellent. The lady who was on duty when I arrived on Saturday about 14:00hrs through to Sunday morning was very courteous and professional. The other two who took over on Sunday afternoon were also very good.

“Clean, comfortable stay. No complaints.”
Stayed one night. Clean, comfortable room. Close to a Red Line station and bus stops if you want to travel further into Cambridge or Central Boston. There is a $25 destination fee per night (i assume this is similar to city tax when staying in Europe), though that amount can be used as credit in the restaurant on food and drinks.

Great Architecture combined with soothing interiors . The location was very safe and convenient for family with Starbucks, Whole Foods and Dunkin' in step out distance.
