Didn’t use the available breakfast. The set up was great with having a kitchen and lounge area on both floors. So good if you are an older person if you have an upstairs room so not having to go up and down the stairs.

Location was very convenient & close to town centre, catering facilities were excellent. Owner was very helpful, friendly & readily on hand. Premises were quiet, very tidy & cleaned daily. All-in-all it was excellent & I would anticipate staying there again when I am next in Cambridge

Lovely big character home. Cosy warm room, big sunny kitchen with coffee/tea, and breakfast supplies. Beautiful super roomy bathroom.

I like the easy self check in. The breakfast is self serve with a good selection of cereals plus milk. There is bread to toast with spread and selection of jams. I add a bit of my own yoghurt and fruit. Kitchen has plenty of utensils and plates and cups and you can cook your own breakfast if you bring your own supplies.

Clean, tidy. All facilities in convenient places, responsiveness from owner. Great choices for breakfast cereals Great for a Cambridge getaway 👌

great location and the self check in was easy thanks to good communications with the owner.Arriving late, this suited me perfectly. The heater was on in the room which was a very nice touch

Gorgeous town house,very comfortable.I was very lucky to be given an upgrade to the King room,which was really comfortable and very spacious. Great location, very close to the lake and town.

Did not use your breakfast, as I had self catered (and we were well fed by our Farm Forestry Conference week long organisation.) BUT IF I HAD KNOWN it was for us, I might have indulged myself and enjoyed more. Perhaps explain that to people as they arrive. IT WAS BEAUTIFULLY LAID OUT AND THE KITCHEN DECOR IS FABULOUS. HOWEVER I AM PRETTY SURE the Booking Tick Site on BOOKING DOT COM says "Breakfast Not Provided". You need to check this out, because it would be a good selling point if correct, CHEERS !! Entry and bathrooms all good. Location good as a short walk to downtown Caimbridge (but fine weather all time.) Reminded me of old HISTORIC HOMES we have stayed in as a Family in youger years ,. Great WoodWork. I am a Forester. Big empty room spaces rhroughout, you might think of extra uses for to help pay the maintenance, rates and insurance. OVERALL WELL DONE TO YOU> GREAT ENTERPRISE!

Great place for groups. Stayed with small group in four upstairs rooms. Excellent kitchen facilities and comfy beds. Plenty of power points in room - and easy parking.

Breakfast for me was an unexpected bonus. Cereals of different varieties, toast , butter, spreads and a range of hot drinks were available.
