Beautiful location, very handy to the event we were attending. Robyn was a wonderful host. The accommodation is comfortable and well appointed., rooms had everything we needed. Great water pressure on the shower too! So good we've booked again for next year.

We stayed at Karapiro Willows in February 2020 and said then we would not hesitate to return. This trip we stayed there on our first night on arrival in NZ and again on our last 2 nights before leaving. Robynn and Vince are great hosts who give their guests a very warm welcome and ensure they want for nothing. The accommodation is very comfortable a clean, and breakfast is excellent set in a dining area with a beautiful view over their garden and beyond.

One of the best BnB experiences I've ever had. Great balance of a host that provided a lovely breakfast and local advice, but the accommodation is it's own wing so there was plenty of privacy. Well located, it felt like you were in a rural retreat but only 10 mins from Cambridge. We used it was a base to get to Waitomo and Hobbiton which was easily done. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Booked three rooms, all very well presented and private, each with their own en suite and kitchenette. Was great having a private access felt like your very own space. Communication friendly and easy, very accommodating hosts.

I stayed in the Tree top studio, which was perfect for me as I could come and go without feeling like I was waking up or disturbing other guests - I would definitely recommend and stay here again as it was perfect location to Lake Karapiro as I was there for my sons Rowing regatta

Our experience at the Karapiro Willows B&B was one of the best parts of our trip. While we only stayed two nights, we enjoyed delectable homemade meals at breakfast time cooked fresh and were greeted each morning by a most beautiful view looking out toward the patio. The hosts were very friendly and we enjoyed many a great chat learning about New Zealand during our visit. The room was very comfortable and cleaned spotlessly prior to our arrival. The locaion is also excellent if you're coming to the area to visit Hobbiton, as it's only a short drive away.
