“It was a great stay and would book there again”
We had an issue with our T.V and the person at the front desk promptly got us a new room and helped us with the issue. The restaurant was great, food was great and very reasonably priced. My son enjoyed the pool, it was clean and fresh towels were provided.

“It was fine”
The breakfast was amazing, and the staff eager to help, the pool was a lot of fun for my kid, the room was clean and beautiful with lots of options on the tele.

“Four Points is an amazing value!”
The hotel is clean and very well run. The property is being upgraded, so there were some minor issues that should not stop anyone from visiting this hotel. It was top-notch all the way!

“Unpleasant and stressful”
Double charged by hotel after paying already booking.com. After hours of calls. Have not received money back. Toilet paper holder broken. Blinds dirty, not enough towels, shower door broken, staff doesn’t want to deal with you they don’t call back. Went to hotel, told to call booking.com. Booking .com left voicemail to manager. I left voicemail to management. Still not resolved

Fine. It was a very basic hotel room. I wouldn't say I "liked" it so much as got the minimum I would expect.

“Overall it was fine, but was not as nice as the pictures portrayed it to be.”
It did not quite meet expectations as far as matching the pictures, and the pool was closed which was one of the reasons it was booked - would have been helpful to be notified if the pool was not functional ahead of time. Also, bathroom did appear to have some mold and the grout was extremely dirty.
