Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was an added bonus at this price point with a pool, steam room and sauna.

We booked hotel by mistake and 20 minutes later they refused to refund us. Told us they had to turn people away. If that is the way the management run this place then I would definitely recommend to avoid this place. After messaging, emailing and calling this place they pretend they can't speak English. The worst I have ever come across.

Room was filthy, bathroom hadnt been cleaned. there was mites in the pictures do wouldnt imagine what was in the rest of the room. Spa was all out of order. Walked out without staying and slept in the car instead.

The hotel was very clean and tidy but very much down the "travelling for work" purposes line. Un-staffed open ground floor reception. Reception area is on first floor via stairs or lift. Spacious room, air conditioning, well appointed but no tea or coffee facilities. The hotel is located on a Retail Park Outlet and the Tikki Bar, 45 seconds from the hotel door, is the only place to eat outside the Hotel. Parking is not secure and once the Retail Park Area closes and the Tikki Bar closes the whole place is in darkness. There is a KFC on the edge of the Retail Park, half hour if you're walking, but it closes at 10pm.

2nd time we have stayed here. We love the pool and hot tubs (although there were 3 last year and only 2 this year) Hammam was being repaired but we were warned about this when booking. The Chinese restaurant next door is a highlight. Will stay again, its a very convenient stop over for us when driving back to the UK from the alps

Without any doubt, the swimming pool was the strongest point for the hotel. Also the breakfast was quite good. Rooms are average (a bit more 2** than 3*** in some aspects) spacious, but old.
