“A perfect stay with amazing view”

We stayed 3 nights at Casa di Alice with our dog and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We felt taken care of throughout our stay. The room was very large, genuinly clean and comfortable, with a bathroom and terrace that had everything we needed. Parking was in the yard, behind locked gates. The view was fantastic and made mornings & evenings on the terrace really special. We saw beautiful sunsets and when it was dark the lights from the village down the hill looked magical. A special mention to the owner, Caterina, who impressed us with her attention to detail and generosity. She thought of everything to make both us and our dog feel at home and she speaks perfect English so no stress about communicating. Many thanks! Until next time!

We were walking the Via Francigena and this B&B is on the route. Caterina, the host, is a lovely, friendly, helpful lady. It was no problem to her to let us arrive early. The property is on top of a hill, with superb views over the valley. The room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. Our room had magnificent views also. Breakfast, which was served out on the balcony, again with that awesome view of the valley, was exceptional. There was everything you might want, from cereal, to sweet and savoury, and even included eggs, which we love. And the nicest thing of all? We had full use of the swimming pool and sun loungers for the whole afternoon, again with that amazing view! An exceptional place under every heading!

Exceptionally clean, comfortable. literally every detail in the room is perfectly arranged to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Our incredible host Alice was very kind, friendly and made us feel very welcome. The views from the terrace are perfect, our breakfast was unforgettable.

Caterina was a friendly and helpful host. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, location and breakfast were great.

Caterina was so lovely, she gave us new towels every morning, made us breakfast, and was very helpful when we asked questions. The house was very clean and felt lovely and quiet. An amazing view from the balcony and bedroom. We definitely recommend to anyone coming to Italy to stay here. We will be back Caternia! Thank you so much.

It was a fairy tale. A wonerful place. Beautyful house, Tidy and cosy. Great host. Everything is designed to the slightest detail. We hope to visit this place again.

The host is a wonderful lady. She is so friendly and kind, full of information and recommendations. The room is spacious and very clean, comfortable and there's a fridge. We also had a lovely balcony. You are made to feel very welcome. The pool is lovely, plenty of sun beds. Breakfast is great. Restaurants very close by which are used frequently by the locals.

De location of B&B la Casa di Alice is very beautiful. The view was amazing! We had a wonderful stay and the house is also lovely furnished. Caterina is a great host and was very helpful to us by giving us tips during our stay. We will for sure come back!
