“Disappointing”

The whole two class system the "LEVEL" vs. everyone else. You were treated as a second class guest if you were not staying in a beachfront villa.

Great place for a family trip. Great accomadation and lovely facilities.

Able to accommodate last minute booking and check in as we had to leave previous accommodation. Even gave us an upgrade! Rooms were beautiful and quiet. Great location, very calm and relaxing. Spa treatment was great. Good breakfast and activities offered

“Huge villas, worth signing up for the VIP level - lots of perks.”

Loved the food, and spa. The beach was great, but could use a clean up of litter, (there wasn't much, just a little around) but compared to the rest of the resort which was spotless, this stood out.

A fantastic resort, spacious villas with a private pool and a private beach. All service was excellent. I especially recommend the spa.

Food variety

I booked the room with my credit card, but when I checked in and paid in cash, the hotel told me it would take 45 days to get the refund back to my card. Other hotels in the same area usually process refunds within 3 to 5 days, sometimes even on the same day. Very poor service.

“Excellent resort but some minor niggles”

The location was great on the sandy beach, the sea was always calm and the sea water was cool although I'd prefer the warmer sea water in Da Nang. The resort itself was green and beautiful with different flowering shrubs and plants, the villa was comfortable to stay in. The small gym was spotlessly clean with good working and modern equipment. The sauna and jacuzzi were excellent. Staff was overall friendly and helpful.

“One of the best experiences in Vietnam”

Sea: it is what we came for. The sea is clean and relaxing. Long beach with a beautiful sand. Hotel territory is clean, well maintained, green. Mango fruits are falling from the trees. The people who work there are dedicated to make your stay as relaxing as possible: from reception to tuktuk drivers. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. It is clear that villas are also continuously maintained, with no major issues. We had breakfast only and it was pretty good! There are lots of options to choose from even for picky kids. The hotel is right on the beach (as most hotels in Can Ranh), so there is no road to cross or anything (like almost any hotel in Nha Trang).

“Beautiful place!”

A very beautiful place with wonderful staff. The pools are exceptionally clean, and the grounds are well-maintained. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. We were given a house with three bedrooms — the upper floors were just closed off. The house was a bit worn, but very clean and charming. Housekeeping came every day.

Highly recommend Melia, I would give it more than five stars if I could. Service, cleanliness and facilities were amazing! Service exceeded expectations, for example, I needed four pairs of shoes cleaned and Tuan went out of his way to organise this for us with total care and efficiency, thank you Tuan! The kids club was lovely, clean and with indoor and outdoor sections. I’m not sure of the female worker there who was pregnant, she was lovely and gentle with our kids. Viet, the Duty Manager went above and beyond to showing understanding to resolve a free shuttle issue with great empathy, professionalism and kindness. Thank you Viet. We will definitely come back!
