“Best resort we ever stayed in”

This resort was the highlight of our holiday in Vietnam especially because of Thie. She is the sweetest person and made sure we enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived till we checked out she went out of her way to take care of us. Resort itself is beautiful! Beach pool amazing and the room was perfect. Everywhere was very clean, amazing decor, beautiful premises! All the staff deserves praise, and we appreciated that they knew English very well because it was hard to communicate with people in Vietnam since alot of them don’t speak English even in other 5 star resorts we stayed at so to be able to communicate easily was a breath of fresh air.

Everyone from the staff we’ve met were great, very attentive and kind!! Besides some vegetarian/vegan options on the normal menu in the restaurant, they also had a dedicated vegetarian/vegan menu. Rooms, spa and breakfast were excellent!

The perfect honeymoon stay. The resort is absolutely stunning, the quality of food is great and the staff are incredible. You also have a spa treatment included every day of the stay which adds even more value.

We had a wonderful 9-night stay at this resort. The property is a peaceful oasis with an excellent breakfast and outstanding service throughout. The Kids Club was a highlight for us. The staff, especially Truc, was incredibly warm and welcoming. She was so heartful with our little one, which made us feel very comfortable. A special thanks also to Joe. His proactive and professional support—especially with the specific needs of a family with a baby—made our stay seamless and unforgettable. Lastly, the entire resort is absolutely pristine and maintained to an impeccable standard. Highly recommended for anyone seeking world-class hospitality!

The property is beautiful. All villas and gardens. A beautiful big pool but still very private. Lots of sports possibilities. The staff are incredible. So kind and respectful. “A Dream Stay from Start to Finish”

My partner and I just spent 15 nights at this hotel. I’ve traveled a lot, and I can honestly say this hotel tops the list for me. The hotel covers a large area with beautiful facilities. Everything is always clean and well-maintained – the grounds, the pools, and the beach. A massage was included every single day, and it was always top quality. Our villa was absolutely incredible. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Hideaway Villa with a private pool for our entire stay, and we were so happy about that. We had a large, beautiful garden, great sunbeds, and a well-sized pool. Our area felt secluded and private. It truly felt like a tropical oasis. I’m vegan, so it means a lot to me that this hotel offers dedicated menus for that. Finding good vegan food while traveling is always a challenge for me, but here I enjoyed delicious meals every single day. I was also able to make adjustments to the dishes based on my own needs and preferences. A big bonus was being able to stop by Fusion Farm every day to spend time with the animals. It warms my heart to see how well the animals are doing. You can tell they’re thriving and look healthy. Their areas are clean and well-kept. The animals are treated with care and respect, just as they deserve! This hotel is a great example of how to give and take when it comes to benefiting from the animals’ natural qualities in an organic and respectful way. Finally, I want to mention that one of the best things about this hotel is the people who work here and do their absolute best every day to make sure we have a good stay. They are truly wonderful people. Always service-minded, smiling, and warm. The work they all do is truly impressive. We are so grateful! We want to specifically mention our Fusionista Luna. She took really good care of us for the entire stay and made sure we had our needs met. She always met us with a smile on her face. We are extremely satisfied. We would love to come back one day.

Exceptional attention to details everywhere. The beach villa was mesmerising. All spa inclusive feature takes the experience to a whole next level. This resort is really well managed. Our children fell in love with their baby sitter, Guyen as she was amazing with them.

Amazing resort! Staff is friendly, food is excellent, two pools, beautiful beach. Spa treatments are excellent. There’s an animal farm, yoga classes, and tennis court. 10/10 stay, zero things to complain about. Clean and peaceful, we will come back here again for sure.
