We independently booked the hotel "Cam Ranh Riviera Beach Resort & Spa" on Booking.com without the requirement of prepayment, which was extremely important for us, as citizens of the Russian Federation, who are not able to make payments abroad by cards. Before visiting the hotel, we had a fairly detailed correspondence with the hotel manager Ms. Trang Le, who answered all the questions in detail and in detail, thank her very much. At the airport we were met by a representative of the hotel, who performed our free transfer to it. At the Cam Ranh Riviera Beach Resort & Spa, upon check-in, we calmly accepted payment for our stay in dollars at the rate to the dongs. We stayed at the hotel in March 2026 and enjoyed the rest a lot. We were satisfied with everything: a large territory; room condition, pools and beach, small water park. Everywhere cleanliness and constant work of the hotel staff to maintain it. The food is delicious, well prepared, beyond praise, a huge selection of dishes for every taste... Everything, including attention to vacationers, corresponds to its level of a five-star hotel. Many thanks to the manager Tatyana (as she seems for the convenience of Russian vacationers) working in the reception. Her excellent knowledge of the Russian language, the ability to solve any questions, a charming and kind smile from the first minute create positive emotions for visitors. There are other managers who speak Russian. Also, many thanks to the hotel doctor, who is always present at the hotel, who provided the qualified assistance, which is extremely necessary for us, when we contact him. Excellent hotel with helpful staff We stayed in a bungalow which was spacious and quiet The beach is beautiful, the staff collect a rubbish from the sea every day and towels are provided. The buffet is plentiful, a mix of European & Vietnam. Spa on site also very good.

The hotel was very nice with great swimming pools and the room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they made my stay here just amazing, from reception , to house keeping and a special mention for the animation team, especially Hany and Youssef who wer brilliant and so much fun.

A great location on a beautiful sandy beach to explore and the turquoise ocean to cool off. Our Bungalow was top class, beds were very comfortable and just a stroll to pools, restaurants and bars

Loved our family stay in the villa. Food and facilities all great. We didn't get the bus to the city as we had stayed there before going there so didn't need to visit. On our All Inclusive stay we could order food to our villa off a specific menu which was always delicious. Lovely selection of food at meal times, snack bars inbetween. Waterpark area opened for 2 hours in the morning and then in the afternoon, good selection of slides and a splash park. Most staff were lovely! Well kept gardens by the ground staff. We would visit again.

“Second stay after 2 years and still excellent”

This was our second stay in this hotel, after two years. The Riviera is as we left it 2 years ago, with small nice improvements. The building itself is not new and furnitures are a bit aging but it is exactly as we left everything two years ago with a comfortable room and kind service. Shower head were new (mine 2 years ago was malfunctioning), they improved the pool/beach showers and they have a brand new playground for kids. Air con works well if you can wait 5/7mn to cool down. The entire property, rooms, public areas are very clean just like the pools water. Sunbeds are good, beach is cleaned from plastic with thin white sand. Different activities for adults (water polo, beach volley, beach soccer, yoga,...) and for kids, plus the kids club. Bad comments about service or food are unfair. I'm French, gourmet and picky about food. The buffet proposed varied dishes every day and at every meal, including bbq with seafood, fish, meat every dinner. Vegetarians or diet options also available and I'd say that food quality is good and tasty, with some astonishing surprises. Only bbq meat is overcooked, probably by haccp/food safety considerations. Late afternoon collation is only a few cakes (not dry) but late morning snacks or early afternoon buffet if you missed the lunch or breakfast are life saving. In general the all inclusive is very fair and worthy, but eating at the hotel may be disappointing if you choose to order à la carte (same menu as the all inclusive option). I'd better rent a scooter or call a grab to visit the dozen of local restaurants that sit just a 10mn ride from the hotel (on Dinh Tien Hoang road), and that are probably better and cheaper than expensive and very average Nha Trang options. Overall I'd rate the hotel 4 stars "++" as they make efforts on the service and the property is well maintained. It's a really nice option for all inclusive with kids, and I believe the 8.

The staff was really nice and helpful , the food was really good too and the pool was really clean also the entertainers were really nice and even tho is really focused on Russian guests I also enjoyed some of the activities so I don't think is a problem , I really recommend for a short getaway because is it very relaxing

“Great stay in a peaceful environment”

Very pleasant stay at the Riviera resort for a week with a VIP check in. The room was clean, spacious and comfy. The Ocean view studio has the benefit of a small semi-private pool which is very pleasant in the evening when the main pools close (6pm). The aqua park was nice for our 4 years old daughter but even more for the adults. The hotel was fully booked but surprisingly, we had a very peaceful stay as the crowd is well spread across the multiple pool areas and beach. I was alone at the beach on the last day, and we often had the beach-side Pool for ourselves alone multiple times. We only felt the crowd during meals times but the outside terrace offer a slightly more calm environment, particularly at breakfast or dinner. All pools have dedicated areas for kids where they can play safely in shallow water. The beach was super clean with a gentle slope into the sea. some waves in the evening but sea was calm in the morning and most afternoons. No jelly fishes during our stay. All pools or beach areas had enough sunbeds. Food was good and varied. Yes, not much options for westerners as their main customers are russians, koreans and vietnameses, but they do make efforts on providing good and savory dishes. The restaurant staff is efficient in cleaning/refiling beverages/dishes. They changed the cocktails menu during our stay providing diversity also in the beverages. They organise several activities such as water polo, beach volley, aerobics or yoga every day. Staff speaks english so even if their main target are russians, it is still possible to participate. The resort is a bit isolated from other Cam Ranh resorts which provides a nicer environment beach-side. Some comments state that the staff is not friendly. We felt that the staff was nice each time we had interaction with them. We believe that the rudeness of the customers themselves may prevent the staff from offering a positive attitude straightforward.

Choice of foods and deserts was excellent. We purchased "all inclusive" option. Air conditioning also was working well in the room, which is important in a hot climate.
