Overview
Nestled in the low hills overlooking the Tiber Valley, between two small lakes, this 17th-century farmhouse offers 5 independent apartments, tastefully furnished to blend modern comfort with the timeless tones of the Umbrian hills. Near the border between Umbria and Tuscany, the farmhouse is ideally located within easy driving distance of scenic and historic centres, such as: Città di Castello (18 km); Arezzo (50 km); Cortona (35 km); Perugia (55 km); Assisi (68 km); and Lake Trasimeno (42 km). The small lake next to the farmhouse is perfect for swimming, sports fishing, picnics (in the shady pine woods that line its shores) or quiet meditation. In front of the farmhouse there is also a pool (6x12 metres) which is fully equipped for counter-current swimming and hydro-massage.

Marco was very friendly troughout our stay, on arrival, we didn't know that we had to communicate if we wanted dinner or not, last-minute he arranged dinner for us, and what a dinner (and all future dinners with Marco) it was! The setting, the courses! It was all amazing! Even with my wife having a Gluten Allergy, he arranged alternatives. Same goes for breakfast, lovely fresh cakes, croissants and everything you could want!

“A haven in beautiful Umbria”
Marco and his team were wonderful. Marco especially was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. His English was excellent. He advised us about all the best places to visit in the area which we followed and enjoyed. We felt like he really cared about us and went over and above to help us. This is a most beautiful and tranquil spot. We had two evening meals there and three breakfasts, all of which were beautifully presented and scrumptious. We will return in a heartbeat.

“Perfect Stay & Dinner”
Marco was an extremely friendly and attentive host. Without dinner, I would rate it a 9.5, but with dinner, it's a 12 out of 10. It's such a quiet place where my children enjoyed running around the property. Marco is very passionate about his responsibility for the local airport and is honing his cooking skills. We will certainly return, and I highly recommend booking dinner.

“Wonderful! A joy!”
Our experience was just wonderful! The rooms were spacious, with full kitchenet, including the basics like coffee, sugar, olive oil, and a bottle of mineral water, which for me is always a plus-plus! Marco was super responsive to our messages and requests, and the staff was always very kind. His food was DELICIOUS! The breakfast, the dinner and experience. We went during Easter holidays, and we had small gifts of small chocolate eggs. These details for me makes a difference, bringing the client to a "wow" state. Great agriturismo, facilities, staff and food!

Fantastic property although the 2nd bedroom in our apartment was small as was the bathroom to cater for 4 adults but they went out if their way to make it all work for us.

Wow what a stay! Marco could not do enough for us - his cooking skills were fantastic! The smells of the flowers around the resort were incredible! It was very clean and the pool was great. The views were fantastic - really couldn’t fault our stay and we will be back!

The area is beautiful, the house is wonderfully clean with a lovely rustic style. It was too cold to use the pool while we were there but it looked very nice and was clean. Marco was so lovely and welcoming, he made us a special vegan dinner which was delicious he also gave us some good recommendations for the area.
