We like this apartment because of its location, its size and outside areas and for the swimming pool.

The kitchen was fully kitted out. Apart from the fact that the host thought a sandwich maker was a toaster. The bathroom was very good.

“Mixed feelings”

Hugo was very nice and friendly and the accommodation is close to a playground, the beach and grocery store as well as other shops. We also loved the pool - the water was clean and perfect temperature, the sun beds are new and very comfortable and it was never crowded. The apartment itself is very spacious and there was Disney+ available which we discovered by accident as we do not watch TV, but could be great for some families. The apartment was also clean.

Quiet area, nice place to stay away from massive hotels. A lot to do in the area. Hugo is very responsive & kind host. Great apartment and very good arrangement for working from home. Swimming pool available, easy access to the beach and town. Highly recommended.

“Perfect for friends and for a family to holiday together”

Lots of space, well equipped - enough towels, toilet roll; loved the decor, very comfortable. Pool area pretty quiet and chilled (went first week of April, 2 weeks before school Easter holidays in UK), pool big enough to have quite a decent swim. Close enough to supermarket and taxi (for when need to return to the airport), nice beach about 5 or so minutes walk away. Rosa shopping centre also only about 10 or so minutes walk away.

The property is located just up the hill from the main restaurants/shops/beach. The apartment was incredibly clean & fresh looking. The balcony was a nice size too.

Excellent location. The apartment was very spacious and clean the kitchen and bathroom especially. Huge TV with excellent access to online services - eg Netflix. Lovely pool area.

Great clean apartment. The pool area is lovely with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. In the kitchen there is a new big fridge freezer and the oven is perfectly clean. Easy parking out on the road. Supermarkets within walking distance. Nice places to eat in town. The beach area is nice with nice coastal walk to next resort too. 15mins to Siam waterpark via car Excellent value for money

“Nice place for a short or long stay”

- not an overcrowded area. you can easily park your car nearby. - spacious rooms, large terrace, fully equipped kitchen. - 5 min walk to the beach

Very comfortable & very well equipped apartment.

Everything was fantasfic. The apartment was very clean, big terrace, full equipment... We had wonderful vacations.

Nice, cosy apartment with everything you need for a holiday in the south of Tenerife. Free parking in front of the apartment. The host was on the spot after sending a message from the airport with the time of arrival. The apartment was clean. A large balcony with two seats, living room with TV (Google Chromecast) and wifi internet (good speed!). Two bedrooms, one with TV. Large bathroom with a nice rain shower. The kitchen was fully equipped and the washing machine was handy to have. Pool is not large but good for a splash or sunbathing (plenty of sun loungers).

The location is amazing, you have have a beach a few minutes walk away, bus stop just down the hill, supermarket nearby and great restaurants just past the bus stop. Given the location comes with a pool you have more than you need even if you don't plan on sight seeing too much. We are very active and were happy to see that certain tours offered pick locations just beside the apartment complex. The place itself is amazing, it provides all the utilities you need and then some(was very happy to see cooking oil and spices, coffee makers and coffee available). Feels very homey even though it's modern design. Spacious bathroom, cozy terrace. Overall awesome stay, me and my other half were more than satisfied.

“It exceeded our expectations”

Very clean and shiny apartment with a good balcony with curtains for privacy. There is everything you need. Good size tv, fast internet, good size swimming pool, with always plenty of free sunbeds. Short walk to the beach, the town center, and a small supermarket. We rented a car, so there were plenty of free parking spaces on the street next to the apartment. Our family enjoyed staying there.

its very nice place and appartment has everything you need:) and so nice pool with not so many people :) we love it. a lot of places to eat and shop it’s just walk from home also beach. it’s perfect place if you want drive around and see more that’s we did also. host was so amazing and we came last Sunday and he even has make some food for us and buy some things for breakfast. it was just excellent :)
