“Excellent”
Our stay was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect from start to finish. A very special thank you to David at the front desk — he welcomed us with such warmth, attention, and genuine hospitality. He also gave us wonderful recommendations around the city, which made our trip even more enjoyable. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely love to come back!

“Great location and facilities friendly helpful staff spacious room with everything I needed!”
Spacious clean room with desk and good sized fridge, perfect for my business/leisure trip. Staff were excellent always cheerful and helpful and the young lady on reception on my checkout even offered to put a stamp on and post a card out to my friend!!! So lovely and so grateful 🙏 great location just on the edge of town.

“Nice place”
Very good place with many places to enjoy nearby, the staff very friendly, what we didn't like was the shower, I almost fell getting in and my husband also told me that he slipped, everything else was very good!

“Great place to stay when visiting a vineyard!”
Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable beds & nice little pool, spa area. We were also told about the complimentary transport to the vineyard we were visiting, which we weren’t aware of. The hotel called the vineyard for us & the minibus arrived straight away! Brilliant service.

If you are visiting Napa Valley, this hotel is an excellent choice. Its hot springs are quite nice, everything was great during our stay.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. AC worked fine. Pool wasn’t really what I expected, but clean and fine. Starbucks coffee in the lobby was a great extra……
