Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great location in a nice neighborhood, in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Cleaning was top. We stayed for 9 nights and every time we asked to have the room cleaned, we got a towel change, bed sheets changed and the room was tidied up as well. Also the staff was very friendly, always greeting us with a big smile everytime we were coming in or out of the hotel. We felt at home.

Best showers on our entire Colombia road trip. Well situated with a fabulous restaurant just behind it. Appreciated the guys on the front desk spoke English as Google Translate can get tiring so I really valued this.

NH Boulevard Hotel is very close to the city center and located in a developing area. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are quite spacious — or at least mine was. The overall cleanliness was good. However, the breakfast was weak, and on the first day, there was no hot water. After I complained, it took about three hours for the issue to be resolved.

The location is very good, central and close to several activities. In general the staff is very good and helpful. The breakfast was good.

This place is fantastic! It is luxurious, it is incredibly clean, extremely welcoming, the rooms are huge, the bathroom is huge, everything seems and feels so new, the bed was amazing, just a pile of comfort above and below, bed sheets felt clean, the wardrobe storage was just perfect, not too big not too small and the green finish gives it a comfortable, clean, home feel. The location is the best, right behind there is a shopping mall, 5 minute walk to the river walkway, city center, park, St Antonio’s church, and the dancing quarter. Comfortable and safe.
