I really liked my time in Havana. It has a chill vibe, but also a bit social. I took a lot of salsa and bachata classes and it was really enjoyable. I also cooked myself and the kitchen had everything I needed. :)

Nice hostel, cheap, with great facilities, coworking, 2 kitchens, rooftop and the best is that they have the dancing classes next to the hostel. Location is great

Havana is honestly the best hostel in Cali! Been traveling for over a year and never felt so home; amazing and cheap dance classes with well qualified teachers, they offer group classes as well as private ones. Staff is incredibly nice too and you'll meet lots of travelers and nice people! Would definitely recommend and come again <3

Other poeple that I met while travelling, recommended me to visit the Havana Hostel for dancing Salsa and Bachata. So as a Salsa and Bachata dancer, I visited the Havana Hostel. The staff was really helpfull and the Salsa and Bachata classes were high quality. The atmosphere in the hostel was good and at the end I stayed for a month to enjoy all the good Salsa and Bachata dancing. Thank you Luis, Alex and all the other teachers for all the good dance classes! Also a big thank you to all the other friendly staff that made my stay so good. See you next time :) . Sander

It’s an amazing place for anyone looking to learn salsa and bachata. I had such a great time here and I learned to dance in no time, even though I had no experience before! The teachers are fantastic, and the group lessons in the evenings were always so much fun. What I loved most was the sense of community, supported by social events and the wonderful volunteers. The owners are incredibly kind, and whenever I had a question, the staff were there to help. I didn’t just learn how to dance — I found a home.

Excellent quality / price

Great hostel, great personal and very helpful! I stayed there a few times and could enjoy the salsa and bachata group and private classes, with very competent teachers. They helped to coordinate Spanish classes just around the corner and they also offer trips and nights out in Cali. An all-around experience that I highly recommend!

Safe, clean, and full of good energy. Loved the group outings and dance lessons. Perfect spot to enjoy Cali and make new friends.

My go-to place in Cali. Always something fun happening, and the salsa teachers are amazing. Staff give great tips, and the neighborhood is safe.

Very noisy and disturbing, it's not the right spot if you wanna relax and have some sleep to prepare for the next trip, music is played all day since it's a dance school, also people talk loudly 24h without any respect. For the location, you need to have a taxi back and forth from the place.
