The instructions and it's site platform for check-in/out were very straightforward and detailed which was awesome, and the communication throughout the whole trip was absolutely amazing! The person/team that were taking care of us were incredibly helpful, with super quick responses to questions and concerns, and made us feel very much at ease on our vacation! Great job! Easily the best customer service I've received through these. Great location of course.The room could be very nice but cleaning service should do a better job especially with bedding. Basic, yet important repairs should be taken care of before guest arrival.

“Would think twice about staying here again”
The check-in process was such a painful experience that I will probably never stay at one of these properties again although unfortunately the next accommodation is with the same company so not looking forward to that. To give credit where it is due - the instructions were very detailed but just a painful process for a family vacation. The amenities were somewhat lacking - 3 dryer sheets left in the box for a family of 5 and the dryer took forever. There were no teabags unless you paid $10. Getting around the parking garage was not easy either when you got past the entrance and were driving down to the allocated spot but there was a market close by so that made things a little easier.

This place was clean, well organized, fully stocked, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the C-train, and walking distance to shopping and outdoor skating ⛸️. Highly recommend for families or friends! The pictures were exactly what we found.
