“bad!!”
cancel booking at noon day of reservation,, did not call and just email me,, which is disappointing, by the time i learned it,, it was already 4pm,, host said he will contact booking.com for refund will be automatic, but thats not the case,, i have to call booking and explain situation before refund was process!!! such a hassle!!! cost us more
