They cancelled on me I'm the first hour.....the last time I stayed downstairs they asked for a 100 deposit and didn't pay it backooer

Convenient location

“Great value for money”

Although it didn't look like much at first glance from the outside, it turned out to be really good. The host and the janitor were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, the kitchen was new. The bathroom was a bit older, but nice and clean. There is a bus- stop right across the street, so it's easy to get to the city-centre. Within about 200 metres there is a petrol station where you can buy things like bottled water, ice-cream, some baked goods and bus-tickets. There is also a restaurant with the best Chinese food I have ever tasted ('Golden Sands' it's called, if I remember correctly).

it was good stay.for short night but there was no soap or shower gel shampoo ot anything and there was weird smell in this unit.

Great area if you have a vehicle everything is 5-10-15 minutes. One room was great it had mirrors, fan and a table. We brought our own but there were some soaps available. Google TV and internet were available.

Location is great host is very accommodating.

Great location, easy to get around and access Deerfoot. Friendly neighborhood. Comfy beds.

The fancy TV and Appliances really make the place a hidden sparkling gem. The host is very accommodating and very friendly. He went above and beyond my expectations, and anyone would be lucky to be hosted by David.

The unit wasn't clean. We were moved from our original booking to a different unit. Our thermostat controlled both our unit and the downstairs unit. Gave off frat house vibes

Great location 11 min Drive. To Sparks and zoo. Safeway's 4 min drive. Bus stop across the street if you want. Street parking right outside.

The smell in the property is horrific ( old house smell, smoking, etc .) All spaces were dirty even though the unit was partially renovated. All night, there were noises coming from the lower suite.

Although I wasn't able to stay at this apartment due to scheduling conflicts, the host was very responsive and accommodating to my situation.

The place is very clean the beds are great it's a top notch rental and it's a steal for the price it costs to rent it.
