“Love the waterpark”

“Loved almost everything! The staff are phenomenal. The water slides were fun. We will be back!”
The staff were great in considering our family's needs. They knew we were arriving that night before a wedding the next day and they put us in a quieter section of the 6th floor. When they saw that we would be gone for a night to Canmore but would return the next night, they were willing and happy to store one of our luggages in their secured storage until our return. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels.

“It was better than the hotels I stayed in in Germany even tho it was only one night.”
The complimentary shuttle bus service to the airport thereby saving me a lot of taxi fare. This allowed me to give a nice tip to thje driver who I would like to compliment for excellent service (East Indian lady).

The location is definitely close to major hospital, grocery stores and shopping center. Staff are friendly and accommodating, lots of parking spots indoor or outdoor.

Tried to charge me for a broken hairdryer in the room. Deposit can be 5- 6 days to return to card. They do not tell you this when they take it.
