The house is really well equipped and we didn't miss anything. You can tell the owner built end furnished the house for themselves as everything is high quality. Internet is fast if you need to work. Heated pool works, we went in November/December and the pool was set to 29 degrees Celsius. Location is walking distance to the beach even with a stroller and there is a mall nearby. It is close to the airport, but I would recommend renting a car to discover the island. There is also a ping-pong table which was a nice surprise. Thanks to Pablo and his team.
