“Very comfortable with excellent service from lovely staff .”
The property was well kept, the service and staff were exceptional. Staff were dedicated to making it a good experience and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, The cafeteria was fine and the food good for basics.

“Fabulous stay strong the Elva Palace”
This is the most beautiful hotel with a fabulous view of the sea and Caleta de Fuste. The staff cannot do enough for you. Food is lovely, and compared to a lot of places, reasonably priced considering it's a 5 star hotel. Lovely swimming pool and the golf course is do well looked after

“Breakfast is weak and no consideration for a sleepless night”
We had a fly infestation on one night which prevented us sleeping. The management reacted with fly killer spray but no apology or consideration. Breakfast was the poorest I've ever seen in a 5 star establishment

“Lovely hotel - needs to improve its breakfast”
The food at breakfast was very average. For example the Greek Yogurt was watery rather than creamy. The coffee was bitter and the milk watery. The service by the waiters was slow or non-existent.
