“The place is nice, 2 of the reception staff were impolite, cleaners and food staff were all nice.”
The accommodation was very clean although tired and and a bit tatty,. Most of the staff were friendly and food was ok, junior delux suite beds were very comfortable.

We were upgraded to there royal level which was a lovely suprise so could use all of the restuarants and site amenities Lovely double room apartment Breakfast good But nice to go to a restaurant for service Buffet selection okay most days.

It was a nice stay overall and the hotel itself is very good. However, next time I would probably consider staying in a different area, such as Corralejo or El Cotillo, as Caleta de Fuste is quite small and quiet, and most restaurants and bars feel very similar. Special thanks to Vincenzo, the sales manager, who recommended and organized a tour to Cofete Beach for me — an absolute must if you enjoy wild nature and almost Martian landscapes. The spa procedures were also very good.

There's a lot to like, we have stayed a few times but as older less able there are aspects I will be in touch with hotel, in terms of greater disability friendliness. Staff, location, food, cleanliness, all excellent

“Modern and comfortable with great facilities and food”
Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. Spacious, modern room with comfy beds. The gym is probably the best equipped and best located hotel gym I've used - it overlooks the beach.
