“Great Hotel”
The rooftop pool and views were amazing. Super helpful staff, with minor problems with dining. The location was fantastic and the hotel and room were spotlessly clean.

“A lovely Place”
We had a really pleasant stay at Hôtel Neptuno Hotel & Spa. It’s not a perfect place, but that’s actually part of its charm, it feels personal and welcoming rather than overly polished. Everything was clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was very good, with enough variety to choose from each day. Overall, we spent 7 wonderful days here and truly enjoyed our time. A lovely place if you appreciate a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

“Really lovely hotel.”
Really nice hotel. Friendly staff, great facilities and great atmosphere. We brought a dog and they left out some treats/bowl for him which was a nice touch. Really nice pool area on the roof and downstairs. I did an hoir in the spa which was great!!

“Perfect accommodation for beach vacation near Barcelona”
This accommodation was absolutely perfect. We cannot complain about anything. Staff was amazing, always helpful, and speaking English well. The whole complex is clean and appears new and well-cared for. Food and drinks were really good (even though we didn't pay for breakfast and dinners, we only tried their bar/restaurant). Room was clean and nice, with working AC. Cleaning service was regular and without any problems (the towels are changed every 3 days, which we consider as a standard). We also tried their SPA and we really enjoyed it. It is not big, but it was a nice treat during a rainy day. Hotel is reasonably close to the beaches (5-10 minutes), close to the city center, but not too close (it was calm and quiet around the hotel), and close to many restaurants and supermarkets. We also enjoyed a music performance at the hotel on Wednesday evening. There are a lot of areas where you can chill at the hotel (pool areas, bar etc.), we often took a rest there during siesta hours.

“Smashing break.”

“We were there for the F1 grand prix and this made an excellent base. Would go again.”
Staff very helpful, room nicely presented, restaurant (dinner and breakfast included) was very good. Entertainment (in the courtyard right outside and below our room) on three nights was an unexpected bonus you couldn't ignore. The room had a massive jacuzzi in it and the the spacious balcony had a double-width sunbed. Parking was in a very tight garage, which I was able to reserve for a modest sum along with free use of an EV charger.

“Comfortable location and stay but lack of basic facilities”
The room was very clean and tidy. Staff all over the hotel, whether it be the reception, bar, restaurant or room service were cordial. Hotel's location was very good and conveniently near the beach, the shopping street and the transportation to Barcelona. Restaurant was good and spacious. Food quality was good but can be improved.
