“Fell far short of what was expected from the high score and glowing recommendations.”
The pools were nice, kept clean and open from early morning to late evening. Close to Singapura Shopping Center (very nice). Our room was ok and comfortable.

Ok breakfast, lunch not so good, bettet have snacks at the pool. Pool area nice and staff great. The general areas of the hotel lacks maintenance for many years and the outside as well. Exception is the pool area which is very nice. If you don’t mind it being a bit run down the price is good.

We never got our room cleaned, after after we keep on asking to get our room cleaned,on the last night we need clean towels just put then in in the roon did not clean our room in all 5 day stay

“The garden around the hotel is beautiful, lot of trees and animals, such as monkeys. Amazing…”
The staff members was very friendly and polite. The location is very good, close to the other attractions in the city. The swimming pools was excellent and very clean, the water was perfect for swimming. The hotel rooms down stairs entrance are so beautiful. Very nice outside space, with amazing green space to walk around and enjoy the nature. Breakfast really good and with lot of choices even on last minute. Restaurante choices wasn’t much but the price was good. But for sure the GOLD star is the staff members , always very friendly and polite.
